Objective
Approach
- Development of a Digital Skills for Entrepreneurship (DSE) Curriculum in line with NITDA’s National Digital Literacy Framework to support Women and Youth-owned MSMEs in the adoption of Digital tools for business.
- Capacity Development of Digital Transformation Mentors to support Women Entrepreneurs on their business’ digital transformation journey.
- Practical & Hands-On Digital Skills trainings for Women and Youth entrepreneurs to increase business revenue and customer reach.
- Development of a Digital Transformation Mentorship network, MentHer, to support the Digital Transformation of Women-Owned Businesses.
- Nationwide platform showcasing Digital Transformation Mentors, Trainings and Opportunities for Women across Nigeria.
Achievements

Developed a Digital Skills for Entrepreneurs Curriculum.
- 80 trainers from 24 training institutions capacitated to deliver the Digital Skills for Entrepreneurs curriculum to MSMEs across Rivers, Kano, Lagos and Abuja
- 234 women and youth equipped with digital skills for entrepreneurs’ training across Rivers, Lagos, Abuja and Kano.
- 155 business reported increased monthly sales revenue after the DSE training.
- 62 have hired an employee after the DSE training.

Establishment of a 3-month mentorship program and network for women in business called MentHer.
- 40 trained female mentors entrepreneurs, digitalisation experts and business leaders across Lagos, Kano and Abuja

264 women entrepreneurs in Retail & Green Economy sectors trained in Digital Business Optimisation (Lagos, Abuja and Kano).
